Free Shipping on All Orders

Zohiy Home offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (free)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee calculated at checkout)

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Large Items

Bathroom cabinets and larger storage units may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries require a signature and may take 5-10 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@zohiy.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building management first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days and we will file a claim with the carrier.
