30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Zohiy Home products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- All hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included
- Items must not be installed or used
- Original packaging should be intact where possible
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@zohiy.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. You do not need to return damaged items unless we request it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items missing hardware or packaging
Warranty Claims
All Zohiy Home products include a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears within the warranty period, contact us with proof of purchase and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
